The Prelude Exhibition of The First Shanghai Graphic Design Biennale – TopoPoster: International Poster Design Exhibition, after six months (June – December, 2025) of planning and preparation, was successfully held from December 13 to December 22, 2025. As one of the larger-scale exhibitions in recent years featuring an international selection of works in China, it showcased over 300 representative poster designs from 153 influential contemporary designers and studios active in the forefront of the field across 28 countries.

NewOne Awards 2023

In its annual visual design, the NewOne Awards consistently prioritizes typography to honor the competition's enduring design ethos. This year's inspiration is drawn from the award nomination process. Utilizing a vertical grid system in the poster layout, the primary and secondary titles roll at varying speeds, infusing a sense of dynamism and suspense regarding award outcomes. The side typography's horizontal progression seems to herald the event's commencement and finale. The vibrant blue color was selected to underscore the competition's cutting-edge character. Additionally, all the Latin fonts showcased in the poster are tailor-made.
